B.C. mom fights and wins to have teen daughter’s overdose death ruled homicide
Samantha Krysia Sims-Somerville died on April 10, 2021, in Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria after a gathering with friends. Her mother refused to believe it was an accident.
