Details revealed for new west Lethbridge middle school

The new school will cover almost 6,600 square meters in the planned Waterbridge neighbourhood.  It will accommodate 900 students in grades 6 to 8, and has a construction budget of over $25,000,000.

 I'm trying to figure out why a 900 student school is going to cost $25 million unless it's going be some sort of state-of-the-art facility. It's amazing you can build a stadium for that much money to be honest with you $25 million is incredibly large amount of money just for one school.
