Title: Edmonton’s air at times 25% dirtier than Toronto’s: report

A report issued this week by the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment, or CAPE, suggests that air quality in Edmonton has been, at times, 25 per cent worse than that of Toronto’s – a city five times Edmonton's size.
