TD Bank moves to seize home of Russian-Canadian jailed for smuggling tech to Kremlin
Nikolay Goltsev agreed to forfeit U.S $4 million to U.S. authorities who investigated him and be deported to Canada or Russia, while giving up $1.6M more in seized cash and goods.
