Tim Engel appeals murder conviction
LETHBRIDGE- 37-year-old Timmy Douglas Engel of Claresholm has appealed his 1st degree murder charge. He made the appeal earlier this month and the matter will now go through the appeal process at the Calgary courts. Engel was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison without parole for 25 years at the end...
