On November 16, 2015 the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted DISH Network and NagraStar’s motion for final judgment against Patrick Laundrie. Laundrie was sued by DISH Network and NagraStar for federal claims arising out of his subscription to the NFPS IKS service. Well that is interesting. Maybe Dish isn't the villian, but others that have been affiliated with the company. It is hard to know all the machinations that go on within these communication empires. As long as things are good for the consumer. is mainly what I care about.
