Good, there shouldn't be any reason why the church doesn't have Female spiritual leaders. There are quite a few different Christian religions already that do allow it. Some have gone so far as making a female the head of the church such as the Episcopal Church of the United States whose presiding Bishop is one Katharine Jefferts Schori. Its time for the Catholic church to now embrace the modern world and follow suit.
